We are often asked why work with Accounting Partners. We think there are several good reasons.

1. Our size - We are uniquely positioned as a regional, specialized staffing firm. Most of our competitors are either very large multi-billion dollar international organizations or small one office Mom and Pop firms. We fall somewhere in between. This gives us the benefit of size in terms of having all the necessary resources to provide you with high level solutions without having to charge you more to pay for unnecessary expenses such as national advertising campaigns. Our size also helps us react quickly on a local basis to our customers diverse needs. We find that no two customers are alike and we work to provide tailored solutions for their needs.

2. Our candidates - Another area we differentiate ourselves with is our focus on Candidates. We take a lot more time to get to know our candidates. We judge our success on the quality of our candidates as opposed to the sheer volume of candidates. This "boutique style" approach enables us to work with only the top 10% of accounting and financial professionals in the area. We take a skill set as a "given". If we receive a call for an a/p clerk with high volume experience, this is the easier part of the process. We can establish this through reference checking and extensive evaluations. Where we bring even more value is in making a strong personality fit. We accomplish this by spending a lot more time with our candidates and by asking open ended behavioral style questions.

3. Our internal staff - We are different in terms of our local staff. We have very autonomous local teams that are empowered to make decisions quickly to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Most of our staff have a background in accounting and finance, which provides them with the tools to better assess our candidates.
